So this past Sunday... I turned 21! I decided I didn't want a huge fiasco so.. I opted for a nice evening out with my family and my best friend instead. We went to my favorite restaurant here where I live, the Steiner Ranch Steak House. They have SUCH good food -- and the atmosphere is wonderful. I wanted to sit outside, as the weather was beautiful.. as well as the sunset. Plus, there was entertainment too. I decided that I wanted to share some bits and pieces of my evening with all of you, so below I have attached some pictures :)

anyway u commented on my post about platinum blonde hair. omg i love it. I've gotten my hair to the lightest blonde before platinum and I'm planning on toning it in a few days! I can't wait to see the final result! Your hair is gorgeous and definitly an inspiration! Let me know how you keep it up though.. any tips would really help me out. (i've always died my hair jet black so I have NO IDEA how to care for light hair)
